Introduction to breadmaking workshop

Learn the basics of mixing, kneading, proving, shaping and baking bread.

Participants will make a standard loaf, focaccia, fougasse, bread rolls and a soda bread.

The workshop takes place over one day from 09.30 to 15.30 and includes refreshments and a delicious lunch.
