Our workshop descriptions are only a guide to workshop content. Amendments to workshops may be made at our discretion. Bookings onto workshops are made upon receipt of payment in full. Amendments to bookings may be made up to 28 days before the date of the workshop. If you find you are unable to attend the workshop less than 28 days before the date of the workshop you are welcome to send someone else in your place.
We regret that no refunds will be given. Where you are unable to attend a workshop due to illness or other personal circumstances our booking and cancellation policy will apply, however entirely at our sole discretion we may offer alternative dates for a replacement workshop date.
In the unlikely and unfortunate event that we have to cancel a workshop we will try to give you as much notice as we reasonably can. Should a workshop be cancelled we will offer you the choice of an alternative workshop or a full refund. We will not be liable for any costs or expenses that you may incur. If you need to arrange travel or overnight accommodation we recommend you seek appropriate insurance.
We recommend you bring a camera to record your experience but ask you to be sensitive to the privacy and enjoyment of other participants.
