Here we have fun learning to make croissant and danish pastries using laminated dough. We meet at 09.30 for tea or coffee and start baking at 10.00 and finish around 3.30 -4.00 pm. You take home all your lovely baked goods along with your pack of recipes. The day includes a delicious lunch and light refreshments.
